By: Aziz Khatri

Karachi: Renowned superstar and producer Humayun Saeed opened up about the numerous challenges he faced during the production of his latest film, *Love Guru*. At a press conference held at the Karachi Press Club, he emphasized his commitment to making cinema more accessible for his fans.

During the event, Saeed addressed critical issues impacting the local film industry, including the scarcity of screening venues and the high cost of tickets that often prevent lower-income audiences from enjoying films.

"Producing a film in Pakistan is always a significant challenge," Saeed remarked. "There is a heavy investment involved, and with so few screens available, it becomes difficult to generate the necessary revenue."

He shared candidly about his experience following the film's release, admitting to spending the initial days feeling anxious and staying at home due to uncertainty about its performance at the box office.

"I was nervous and didn't leave the house at first," he said with a smile. "But after seeing the positive box office results, I finally felt confident enough to go out and meet everyone."

Saeed's insights reflect the challenges and risks faced by filmmakers in the country, highlighting his dedication to both his craft and his audience.
