KARACHI: The comedy play “Meri Eidi Tere Hawale” has emerged as a massive hit in Karachi, reviving memories of the golden era of legendary comedian Umer Sharif. The audience turned out in large numbers at the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi Open Air Theatre, even braving rain to witness the entertaining performance.
The play features a star-studded cast including Shakeel Siddiqui, Rauf Lala, Safdar Hayder, Shanzay, and Amir Rimbo, whose performances kept the audience engaged with continuous laughter. Supporting actors including Shahbaz Sanam, Abdullah Lala, and Pariya Khan also received appreciation for their roles.
