ABU DHABI: Under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, was present at the graduation ceremony for the 18th cohort of students from the Emirates National Schools. The event, held in Abu Dhabi, celebrated the achievements of 664 graduates from the schools’ campuses located in Abu Dhabi City, Mohamed Bin Zayed City, and Al Ain.
The ceremony saw the attendance of several high-ranking officials, including Ahmed Mohammed Al Hamiri, Secretary-General of the Presidential Court and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates National Schools; Ahmed Juma Al Zaabi, Adviser to the UAE President; and Mohammed Abdullah Al Junaibi, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Protocol and Strategic Narrative, among other senior officials.
The event featured a short film highlighting the journey and accomplishments of Emirates National Schools, reinforcing its reputation as a leading educational institution both domestically and internationally.
Al Hamiri expressed profound gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his continuous dedication to enhancing the national education system. He also thanked H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed for his generous patronage, which he noted has significantly contributed to the establishment of Emirates National Schools as a pioneering model in the nation.
“The unwavering support has been instrumental in shaping a generation that embraces its national identity and core values while being fully equipped to meet the demands of the knowledge era,” Al Hamiri stated.
During his speech, he highlighted several strategic initiatives recently implemented within the schools, including the establishment of Technical and Vocational Training Centres and the introduction of various scholarship programs. Moreover, he emphasized the importance of creating an exceptional learning environment supported by globally qualified academic and administrative staff, modern infrastructure, and active partnerships with parents and community organizations.
This year’s graduation ceremony marks a significant moment not only for the students but also for the continued evolution of the Emirates National Schools as they strive to prepare future leaders.
