DIG East Zone Inspects Command and Control Room at Airport Police Station

Karachi: In a visit, DIG East Zone, Dr. Farakh Ali, conducted an inspection of the Command-and-Control Room established under the Safe City initiative at the Airport Police Station. He was accompanied by the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Airport and the Station House Officer (SHO) Airport.

During the inspection, Dr. Ali reviewed various critical facilities, including the property room, lock-up, and 15 assistant offices situated within the Airport Police Station. The DIG engaged with the officers, inquiring about the responsibilities of the Command-and-Control Room operator, the Station Investigation Officer (SIO), and the on-duty officer.

Demonstrating his commitment to effective law enforcement, DIG East Zone provided valuable instructions to the officers, emphasizing the importance of their roles in maintaining security and order at the airport. This initiative aligns with the broader Safe City objectives aimed at enhancing public safety and operational efficiency within the region.
