Blessing College of Nursing Celebrates 78th Independence Day with Great Enthusiasm

  Karachi: On August 14, Blessing College of Nursing celebrated the 78th Independence Day with full zeal and enthusiasm. The special guests of the memorable event were Dr. Muhammad Naeem (Director, Blessing College of Nursing) and Dr. Muhammad Jameel Mughal (MS, Children's Hospital).  


The ceremony started with the national anthem, followed by students presenting patriotic songs, tableaux, and cultural glimpses of the five provinces, winning the hearts of the audience. Some students also performed humorous parodies of well-known political figures, adding more excitement to the atmosphere.  

Dr. Muhammad Naeem addressed the teachers and students, highlighting the achievements of the Pakistan Armed Forces and recent significant events. He said that the successful completion of operations like ‘Mairka-e-Haq’ and ‘Bunyan-e-Marsous’ by the Pakistan Army and Air Force is a great source of pride for the nation.  

Dr. Muhammad Jameel Mughal shed light on the history of Pakistan’s independence and emphasized that the youth are the nation’s true asset and pride.  

The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, and awards were presented to the students and teachers who contributed to the successful organization of the event.
