Karachi: In a significant breakthrough against street crime, the East PIB Colony police apprehended two habitual offenders near Pakhtoon Chowk Welfare Colony following a reliable tip-off. The suspects, identified as Rahmatullah, son of Liaqat Shah, and Usman Ghani, son of Zainullah, were caught red-handed with two illegal pistols, ammunition, and a sum of cash.
Authorities revealed that both individuals have extensive criminal histories, including previous police encounters, illegal arms possession, and drug trafficking offenses. In light of these findings, cases have been lodged against them under the Sindh Arms Act as investigations continue.In an ongoing effort to enhance community safety, police officials have called upon citizens to report any suspicious activities immediately, emphasizing the vital role of public cooperation in maintaining law and order.
