Sindh Police to Host "Sindh Police Games 2025" to Boost Mental and Physical Wellness

Karachi: The Sindh Police has announced the organization of "Sindh Police Games 2025," aiming to promote mental well-being and physical fitness among its personnel through engaging in sports activities. A key meeting chaired by IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon brought together senior officers from various districts and units to discuss the establishment and operational plans for the Sindh Police Sports Board and the upcoming Games.

It was decided that divisional-level teams would be formed to scout and select talented players for multiple sports disciplines such as boxing, athletics, shooting, judo, karate, and swimming. IG Sindh highlighted that participation in sports not only improves physical health but also reduces stress and boosts confidence among officers.

These games will also foster teamwork, competitive spirit, and enhance the officers' ability to tackle daily professional challenges more effectively.
