Karachi: The FMG Empowerment Hub recently hosted the Karachi Social Heroes 2025 Recognition Ceremony, celebrating the contributions of distinguished social leaders and exceptional FMG students. During the event, the top position holders from the second batch were awarded certificates, while selected city social heroes received shields and commendations for their exemplary service to the community.
Among the distinguished guests were notable figures, including Radio Pakistan's Senior Producer, Altaf Laghari; TMC West Director of Information, YMT Sindh Chairman Fahad Butt; and Senior Vice President of PML-N Sindh, Ali
Akbar Gujar, who served as the chief guest for the occasion. In his address, Ali Akbar Gujar made special announcements for girls in Orangi Town, commending the FMG Empowerment Hub for its commitment to youth and women's empowerment, describing it as a shining example of community development.
The event also highlighted the invaluable contributions of community service advocates Faheem, affectionately known as Mr. Green, and Ms. Robina, whose efforts have garnered widespread appreciation. The recognition ceremony was held with the full support of Town Chairman Jamil Diary and Municipal Commissioner Agha Fahad Darani, and featured extensive media coverage provided by Radio Pakistan.
FMG Empowerment Hub proudly reaffirmed its commitment to recognizing over sixty Karachi Social Heroes 2025, announcing that this celebration will become an annual event, creating an organized platform for honoring those who dedicate themselves to community service.
