Karachi: A training session is currently underway at the Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah Auditorium for CPO staff from all traffic facilitation centers across the city. Officers are being briefed on their roles and responsibilities under the newly introduced fee-free e-ticketing system, known as TRACS (Traffic Regulation and Citation System).
These trained officers, designated as ‘Rahnuma’ (Guides), working in 11 traffic facilitation centers citywide, will become the public face of this modern system, providing guidance and assistance to citizens. Residents seeking clarification or help regarding traffic fines received at home can visit their nearest facilitation center for resolution.
Karachi Police has termed this initiative a significant step towards transparency and ease for citizens.
