Halqa-e-Fikr o Nazar’s New Leadership Takes Oath in Karachi

 Karachi: Halqa-e-Fikr o Nazar held a formal oath-taking ceremony for its newly elected office-bearers, marking a renewed commitment to strengthening the organisation and enhancing its role in intellectual and social engagement.


The oath was administered by Chief Guest and Chief Patron Shahid Khameesa, who expressed confidence in the new leadership and emphasized the importance of collective efforts for the organisation’s growth and stability.

The newly elected office-bearers include Shahida Khurshid Kanwal as President, Dr Sajida Parveen as Vice President, Dr Farhana Owais as General Secretary, Shahid Satti, Ruby Raza, Waseem Abbasi, and Muhammad Faizan Khan.

Members of the consultation body, including Rani Apa, Abdul Basit, Hakeem Mustafa, Rizwana Shahid, Dur-e-Shahwar Nisar, Huma Kanwal, and Naeem Ahmed, also took the oath.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Qari Waqar, followed by a Naat in praise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

During the event, participants engaged in detailed discussions on the organisation’s aims and objectives, strategies to enhance its activities, and plans for future programmes. The newly elected leadership reaffirmed their commitment to making the organisation more dynamic and effective through active engagement and structured initiatives.

Addressing the gathering, Shahid Khameesa urged all members to utilize their full potential and work collectively to achieve new milestones. He stressed that cooperation, dedication, and a shared vision would be key to the organisation’s continued success.

The ceremony concluded on a positive note, reflecting a strong commitment from the new leadership to elevate the organisation’s standards and implement meaningful programmes for the community.
