A grand ceremony of the Bruszski Research Academy on the 148th birth anniversary of Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah Aga Khan III

 Karachi: A grand ceremony was organized by the Bruszski Research Academy on the occasion of the 148th birth anniversary of Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah Aga Khan III on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the Sambara Art Gallery, Liaquat National Library, Karachi. The ceremony paid tribute to Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah for his outstanding services in various fields of life.

Researcher and writer Professor Huma Khaffar, Ghazanfar Zaidi, and other speakers addressed the ceremony and shed light on various aspects of the life of Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah. The speakers said that versatile personalities like Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah are born once in a century. He rendered valuable services across every field, including politics, economics, literature, culture, education, and health, which history will never forget.

On this occasion, various groups of youth presented the poems of famous poets, written in praise of Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah, with the beautiful combination of rabab melodies and daf, which gave a spiritual atmosphere to the gathering.

At the event, Shahnaz Saleem Hanzai, Dr. Rubina, and Yasmin Fidda from the Broshsky Research Academy shed light on the aims, objectives, and activities of the academy. They thanked the audience for their participation and said that the aim of the Broshsky Research Academy is to promote knowledge, research, and culture as well as to pay tribute to the scientific and cultural figures of the subcontinent.
