Karachi: The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi held a press conference to unveil details for the upcoming World Culture Festival 2025, set to take place tomorrow at 5 p.m. The event will be inaugurated by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, followed by a star-studded red carpet at 6 p.m. With participation from 141 countries and over 1,000 artists, the festival promises a rich tapestry of performances. Notable acts include acclaimed artist Amin Gulgee and diverse performances from Shah Jafaqeer (Pakistan), Lucy Tasker (Belgium), and other international talents.
Arts Council President Mohammad Ahmed Shah expressed appreciation for the media's support and highlighted the festival's theme of "Peace and Unity." The event will showcase classical to Gen-Z music, film screenings, art exhibitions, and workshops featuring world-renowned artists.
A vibrant demonstration by Congo’s dancers energized attendees at the press conference, setting the stage for the global celebration of culture to begin.
