Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi Announces World Culture Festival 2025

Karachi: The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi held a press conference to unveil details for the upcoming World Culture Festival 2025, set to take place tomorrow at 5 p.m. The event will be inaugurated by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, followed by a star-studded red carpet at 6 p.m. With participation from 141 countries and over 1,000 artists, the festival promises a rich tapestry of performances. Notable acts include acclaimed artist Amin Gulgee and diverse performances from Shah Jafaqeer (Pakistan), Lucy Tasker (Belgium), and other international talents.

Arts Council President Mohammad Ahmed Shah expressed appreciation for the media's support and highlighted the festival's theme of "Peace and Unity." The event will showcase classical to Gen-Z music, film screenings, art exhibitions, and workshops featuring world-renowned artists.

Special security and health measures have been implemented, with a detailed plan involving local law enforcement agencies. The festival aims to enhance Karachi's international image while promoting cultural harmony across Pakistan.
