Consulate-General of Japan in Karachi to Host Japan Fest 2025 at Beach Luxury Hotel

Karachi – The Consulate-General of Japan in Karachi, in collaboration with the Pakistan-Japan Cultural Association Sindh (PJCA) and the Pakistan-Japan Business Forum (PJBF), will proudly host Japan Festival (Japan Fest) 2025 on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi.

Japan Fest 2025 is going to be a vibrant celebration of Japanese culture, offering the people of Karachi a unique opportunity to experience the richness of Japan’s traditions, heritage, and contemporary cultural expressions.

The festival will feature two programs, where the daytime program, starting at 3 p.m., will have exciting activities such as a cosplay contest and traditional Japanese dances like Bon-odori. There would also be captivating exhibition stalls of fun games, Origami (Japanese paper art), Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging), and more. The evening program, starting at 5 p.m., will be a musical concert to close off the festival.

Through this event, the Consulate-General of Japan seeks to further strengthen the bonds of friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and Pakistan, while creating meaningful cultural encounters for the people of Karachi.
