Special Security Unit (SSU) Division holds Employee of the Month ceremony

  Karachi: In a ceremony that emphasized commitment to excellence, the Security Division proudly unveiled its Employees of the Month for October 2025, honoring the personnel for their exceptional performance and dedication to service.

The initiative is part of a broader effort to ensure transparency and merit-based recognition within the division. The selection process involved a comprehensive review where key areas of performance, such as punctuality, integrity, discipline, teamwork, and crisis management skills, were thoroughly evaluated across various units.

The nominations were made from the Special Security Unit (SSU), Security-I, Security-II, Court Police, Madgaar-15, and Foreigners’ Security Cell. After a thorough review, the final list of honorees received the seal of approval from the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Security and Emergency Services Division, Dr. Maqsood Ahmed.

The following personnel were recognized as the Honorable Employees of the Month for October 2025:

- ASI K-20955 Abdul Qayyum - Court Police

- HC-30656 Shoaib Bashir - Police-15

- PC-739 Syed Ghulam Ali Shah - Special Security Unit (SSU)

- PC-41675 Abdul Rehman - Security-I

- PC-23257 Samiullah - Foreign Security Cell (FSC)

In his address to the awardees, DIG Dr. Maqsood Ahmed extended his heartfelt congratulations, highlighting the professionalism and work ethic of the awardees. He stressed the importance of recognizing individuals who consistently maintain high standards and demonstrate unwavering commitment to their duties.

“The Employee of the Month program not only recognizes outstanding performance but also fosters a culture of motivation, accountability, and high standards across the entire Security Division,” said Dr. Ahmed, reinforcing the leadership’s dedication to celebrating exemplary service.

The recognition ceremony took place at the SSU Headquarters, where SSU Commandant Aamir Khan Niazi presented certificates of appreciation, further cementing the Division’s commitment to honoring its dedicated personnel.
