The carnival aims to bring together children with disabilities, their families, professionals, and members of the wider community in a joyful and supportive environment that promotes dignity, equality, and social participation. A range of inclusive and engaging activities has been planned to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all participants.
The event will feature interactive games, live performances, storytelling sessions, a magic show, and lively music, offering children with disabilities the opportunity to participate confidently and enjoy meaningful interaction with their peers.
The carnival will be graced by Chief Guest Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister of Sindh, while Tuaha Ahmed Farooqi, Secretary of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), will attend as Guest of Honour.
