Director Zoo's timely action, stray girl safely returned to parents

Karachi: In the busy and turbulent life of Karachi city, where news of mismanagement and problems come to light every day, sometimes such examples of humanity, feeling and responsibility are also seen that bring peace to the heart. One such happy incident took place in the Zoo Garden managed by KMC, where an innocent girl got separated from her parents, but timely measures turned a potential tragedy into joy.

Yesterday, a young girl was suddenly separated from her parents in the crowd of people who came to visit and have fun at the Garden Zoo. In a moment, happiness was replaced by anxiety, the girl was scared and the parents were in great anxiety.

On such a sensitive occasion, Director Zoo Asif Iqbal immediately took notice of the situation and not only demonstrated his professional responsibility but also set a high example of humanity. He mobilized the zoo staff, provided complete protection to the girl and started searching for her parents under an effective strategy.

In no time, the girl was safely reunited with her parents, upon which the people present there expressed satisfaction. The girl’s parents had tears of joy in their eyes, they thanked the zoo administration and especially Director Asif Iqbal from the bottom of their hearts and expressed their best wishes for them.

This incident is clear evidence that if there are dutiful and sincere officers in government institutions, then timely resolution of public problems is possible. The need is that such positive characters should be appreciated so that other officers also discharge their responsibilities with the same spirit.
