Indonesian Consul General Meets IGP Sindh at CPO Karachi

  KARACHI: The Consul General of Indonesia, Mudzakir, called on Inspector General of Sindh Police, Javed Alam Odho, at the Central Police Office.

During the meeting, both sides discussed matters of mutual interest, strengthening bilateral relations, and the overall law and order situation in the province.

The Indonesian Consul General expressed satisfaction with the security arrangements and the prevailing peace and order in the province. He appreciated the professional capabilities of Sindh Police and thanked the department for the dedicated security provided to the Indonesian Consulate.

On the occasion, IGP Sindh Javed Alam Odho briefed the visiting diplomat on the strategic steps taken by Sindh Police to further strengthen security across the province. The briefing highlighted efforts to enhance the effectiveness of field operations and the implementation of modern policing techniques aimed at maintaining peace and stability.

He also reiterated the commitment of Sindh Police to ensuring a safe and secure environment for foreign missions and diplomats residing in Karachi.

The meeting was also attended by the DIG Headquarters and AIG Operations. At the conclusion of the visit, IGP Sindh presented a commemorative shield to Consul General Mudzakir as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation.
