Sehri Dinner Brings Business Leaders Together in Karachi

  KARACHI: Renowned businessman Raza Waqar and his wife hosted a Sehri dinner in honour of the business community, bringing together prominent government officials, professionals, and entrepreneurs for an evening of networking and discussion.

Speaking on the occasion, Raza Waqar said that despite the challenges facing Pakistan’s economy, the country possesses strong potential for growth. He emphasized that the business community can play a significant role in strengthening the national economy through innovation, investment, and collective efforts.

He further noted that positive thinking and strong cooperation between business leaders and institutions could pave the way for sustainable economic development in Pakistan. Highlighting the significance of the holy month, he said Ramadan provides an opportunity for reflection, compassion, and unity, while gatherings such as Sehri dinners help foster relationships, build trust, and promote cooperation.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests including Mayor Sukkur Arsalan Islam, Umar Farooq of Anti Narcotics Force Sindh, Sadaqat Shah of the Sindh High Court, Shahid Mahesar of Sindh Police, Qasim Raza of the Pakistan Navy, Aftab Imam (Commissioner Income Tax), and Sana Aqeel, Chairperson of MKP Group, among other notable personalities.

Participants engaged in friendly discussions, exchanged professional experiences, and shared new business ideas, strengthening both professional and personal ties during the blessed month of Ramadan.
